Overview

A Super 4WD sports car. The Mitsubishi HSX shown at the 28th Tokyo Motor Show was its pre-production study, and export versions were called the 3000GT. The newly developed V6 3.0-liter twin turbo produced 280 PS, and a non-turbo with an electronically controlled variable intake system was also offered. VCU-type full-time four-wheel drive split torque 45:55 front to rear. It was reported that Mitsubishi had decided to end its production together with the FTO.
