Nissan

A name that first appeared as Nissan's representative mid-size saloon and was also well liked as a taxi. Its biggest rival was the Toyota Corona, and the fierce sales battle between the two through the 1960s and 1970s was called the "BC War". The name comes from Maeterlinck's fairy tale "The Blue Bird".
