Suzuki Kei generations and chassis codes

Overview

A crossover-SUV-type kei car Suzuki built and sold. It went on sale at the same time as the revision of the kei car standards, as a new-feeling kei car of a new type between a sedan and an SUV. Its overall height was kept to 1,550 mm or less (two-wheel drive) to fit multi-level parking garages, while it secured enough ground clearance to handle rough roads. Improved repeatedly without a full model change, it was a long-lived model built for about 11 years before it went out of sale.
