Subaru Leone generations

Overview
Developed as the successor to the SUBARU 1000, it went on sale starting with the coupe. The Leone 4WD Estate Van went on sale as Japan's first passenger-type four-wheel-drive car, and the Leone 4WD Sedan as the world's first mass-produced sedan-type four-wheel-drive car. The second and third generations followed.
