Overview
The name means a pursuer in English. It went on sale as a new model handled by Toyota Auto dealers. A sister car to the third-generation Mark II, it set itself apart from the upscale-oriented Mark II with different front and rear designs, giving it the character of a youthful personal sedan. Production ended with the sixth generation. The Verossa, a successor shared with the Cresta, went on sale as a four-door sedan.
