Story

It received a full model change. A newly developed low-floor platform achieved three rows of seats for seven while keeping an overall height of 1,550 mm, low enough for mechanical multi-level parking garages. The only engine was the K24A.

Surpassing the Odyssey

The first Odyssey brought value no one had imagined and changed the history of Japanese cars. In developing the third generation, Takemura and his team wanted to carry on that spirit while achieving, without sacrificing space, driving that lets you enjoy driving itself at a level a minivan can't reach, and styling that heightens the joy of ownership. They sent it out as a new kind of passenger car that balances driving, carrying, using and owning, all at the limit.
