It was born as the Toyota BJ, a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Because Jeep was a trademark of Willys-Overland, the name was changed to Land Cruiser. Its essence is reliability, durability and off-road capability. With the addition of the 250 Series, the positions of the three models were clearly defined, and every model was unified under the name Land Cruiser.
