Overview

A personal coupe. The first generation drew attention as Japan's first specialty car. After the second and third generations, the fourth went on sale at the same time as the Gazelle. The fifth generation became a big hit as its beautiful styling was embraced, and it also won support for the driving fun of a rear-wheel-drive car. The sixth generation followed, and then a full model change to the seventh.
